A subsurface exploration and distress evaluation was done by HSA Engineers and Scientists at the request of Citizens Property Insurance, Corp. care of ROL Insurance Consulting. Sinkhole activity was found to have occurred and a recommendation was made for a dual remediation process. First, deep subsurface stabilization, utilizing 26 grout pipes and 225-300 cubic yards of compaction grout.
